In Memory Donations

We know how important it is for some people to make a donation to St. Vincent’s Hospice in memory of a loved one.

There are many ways you can do this, and our team are here to offer any support they can to help you through the process.

Ways to donate in memory

Memory Fund

Memory Fund

Setting up a Memory Fund lets you, along with friends and family, pay tribute to a loved one by gathering all donations in one place in a quick and secure way.

Through our JustGiving page, you can create a Memory Fund in just a few minutes, and allows donations to be made from anywhere at any time at the click of a button. You are also able to customise the page, adding pictures to share some of the special times you shared.

Many people will use this as the chance to take on a personal challenge, or hold a fundraising event, to do something they wouldn’t normally do while making a huge difference to our Hospice.

Funeral collection

Funeral collection

It is not uncommon for people to choose to collect donations at a funeral instead of receiving flowers, with the money being put towards a cause which was important to someone who has died.

While many funeral directors are happy to collect the contributions and take responsibility for them, if you would like to make a donation to St. Vincent’s Hospice in this way, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team directly for advice and information.

Celebration Donations

Celebration Donations

Marking a special occasion by choosing to make a donation to our services in lieu of gifts is a wonderful way to remember a loved one and mark a special occasion.

This can be for any occasion: wedding, birthday, anniversary, retirement or any other celebration you may be having. Our team can offer a range of support and advice to help make your event the celebration it deserves to be, while doing something special for the community.
